Client Responsibilities
As a client of KL Web Design, you agree to:

- Respond promptly to our requests for information or approvals.
- Ensure that the content provided does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Comply with our payment terms and schedules.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs and code created by KL Web Design remain the intellectual property of KL Web Design. Our web design service operates on an annual billing cycle, ensuring continuous support and updates for your website.
Payment Terms
The payment terms for our services will be outlined in the project agreement or proposal. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in delays in project delivery or suspension of services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services if:
- The client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The client engages in prohibited activities as outlined above.
- The client fails to make timely payments as agreed.
Upon termination, any payments made for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
KL Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KL Web Design, its employees and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client's use of our services, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify clients of any significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
